مكافأة رمضان : هي عبارة عن راتبين وتحسب من الراتب الأساسي

وهي عبارة عن مكافأة نقدية يستلمها الموظفين في كل شهر رمضاني

وفي السنة الواحدة تقدم مره واحدة كعيد الفطر وعيد الأضحى وحج البيت مرة واحدة في السنة الواحدة


الترقية : وهي عبارة عن قفزة من تحت لفوق كقفز الدرج وهو ان يترفع الموظف
مرتبة التي تلي المرتبة التي هو فيها

وتستخدم المرتبة أحيان للنوم او الرقود عليها دون ان يرتفع من فوقها 25 عام

ويمكن إستخدامها كل اربع سنوات مره واحده للموظفين

وبالنسبة للمدراء كل ثلاث سنوات مره واحده وجائز كل سنتين مرة واحدة لمن يملك واسطة كالإقامة العمالية

وتستخدم الترقية احيانا لنظام الوندوز واجهرة الحاسوب والبرامج والجولات وماشابهها

Ramadan bonus: This is a two salaries and calculated from the basic salary

It is a cash bonus received by employees in each month of Ramadan

In one year ,it is given only one time as on holiday-Fitr and Eid al-Adha pilgrimage to the House once per year
