Mr. Rabia was touring a number of hospitals, to check on patients through "Salamat" campaign that launched by the ministry, celebrating the return of the Servant of the Two Holy Mosques King Abd Allah bin Abd Alaziz to the homeland, when he stopped by a disabled suffers from ulcers, he said to him: "I ask God not to forgive you,” Mr. Rabia replied : " God bless you, and your right to us, never mind we will solve your problem".
According to a report prepared by the collogue Mrs. Sahar Al-Bandar and published in "The Life" , The Health Minister promised to take the statutory procedures about the patient treatment, either inside or outside the Kingdom, based on what recommended by the medical committee, stressing that the patient has the right in treatment .
And listened to the claims of citizens of the province Tathleeth were being treated in King Fahd Medical City to form a secret committee to monitor the performance of employees in hospitals, assuring that the services are bad. "The Life" asked the Minister of Health whether the Ministry has an approach to address the patients treated abroad at their own expense, and to ensure their treatment in "Salamat" campaign. He replied: "The ministry ensures the treatment of patients outside the Kingdom, after the review of reports to a formed committee.
And If it is possible to treat the patient inside the Kingdom, he is asked to go back to complete his treatment, and if there is no treatment available the ministry ensures to do so. "He pointed out that King Abd Allah bin Abd Al-Aziz told him to visit inpatients in hospitals, to convey his greetings and best wishes and ask Allah to grant them a speedy recovery, and give them health and wellness.
