Saudi postal corporation inspects the efforts to remove rain damage
president of Saudi Post, Dr. Mohammad Saleh Bin Taher Benten inspects the Building of Postal Consortium in the Al-Balad in Jeddah, and he continued follow up the ongoing work to remove the damage that happened to the building due to heavy rains in the province of Jeddah on last Wednesday, and flooded on the surrounding area of the Consortium, which led the flow of water-intensive to the ground floor, and he agreed to the contingency plan prepared by Mecca post to handle shipments of incoming and outgoing mail to and from Jeddah in the Postal consortium in the Holy City on an exceptional basis, until the return of work to the consortium in Al-Bald postal in Jeddah, in order to ensure continuity in presenting postal service to the official authorities, businesses, foundations and individuals.
And his Excellency directed the officials of Mecca post during his inspection tour yesterday to redouble efforts in implementing of contingency plans which made to remove rain damage, and bring the situation back to normal in the consortium in Jeddah Postal prelude to the resumption of work at the consortium maximum on next Sunday.
