مقترح لمن يهمه الامر بخصوص خدمة جامعي

ساهمت النقلة النوعية في الخدمة البريدية وتنوع الخدمات الجديدة والمتجددة في اطار تطوير الخدمة البريدية والعمل على توفير خيارات اكبر امام العميل ومن هذه الخدمات خدمة جامعي فكما اتذكر في السابق عندما رغبت في التقديم على الجامعة كيف كان المشهد مؤسف كوضع الاف المتقدمين في بدروم المواقف وتوزيع الاستمارات ومن ثم الانتظار في اشعة الشمس الحارقة الى ان ياتيك الدور وناهيك عن نقص المواد الاولية كالتصوير واو حتى ماء الشرب ،ومع قدوم رئيسنا المحبوب وتنسيقه مع الجامعات واعتماد تقديم الخدمة وجد الطالب الراحة فعلا فما عليه طباعة القبول ومن ثم تقديمه للبريد ومن هناارى في ظل ان البريد ما زال في يعاني من نقص في البنى التحتية كصغر الكونترات وقلة عدد موظفي خدمة العملا ء وحتى لا يكون هناك تقصير في الخدمات الاساسية كارسال بريد العملاء وخلافه ارى ان يتم استئجار اكشاك مؤقتة في الاسواق والمجمعات الرئيسية وخصوصا ان خدمة جامعي مؤقتة بفترة القبول وتكون هذه الاكشاك يتم فيها تقديم الخدمة البريدية ومن هنا يتم تخفيف الظغط على المكاتب البريدية وتخفيف حجم الازدحام فمشهد الطوابير التي تصل الى خارج الابواب وخصوصا اننا في عز الحر وقدوم الشهر الكريم ولن تبخل ادارتنا الكريمة على طلابنا وطالباتنا وخصوصا في ظل عدم وجود كاونترات مخصصة للنساء امل ان يحوز اقتراحنا هذا على الرضا
كما ان ارفع لمعالي الرئيس ونوابه الكرام وزملائي التهنئة بقدوم الشهر الكريم [وان يبلغنا واياهم صيامه وقيامه اللهم امين

Proposal to whom it may concern about the service " scholar"
The quantum shift in the postal service and variety of new updated services as part of the development of the postal service contributed to provide greater choice to the customer and one of these services is "scholar" service As I remember in the past when you wished to apply for university how regrettable was the scene , like the status of thousands of applicants in the basement and distribution of forms and and then waiting in the blazing sun till its your turn and not to mention the lack of raw materials such as copying, even drinking water,
and with the arrival of our beloved President and his coordination with universities and the adoption of service delivery , the student found comfort indeed, all he had to do is print admittance form and then submitt it to the mail and however in light of that,I can see that the mail is still suffering from a lack of infrastructure like the small size of counters and the small number of staff of postal Customer Service , and so there is a failure of basic services such as sending clients mail, etc. I think they should start renting stalls in markets and main shopping malls temporarily and especially since the service of scholar is temporary within period of acceptance, these stalls will be providing postal service and hence relieves stress on post offices and reduce the size of congestion of queues outside the doors, especially since we are in the peak of heat wave and the advent of the holy month , our generous administration won't be skimp to our students , especially in the absence of counters for women hoping that our proposal will acquire the satisfaction
