Where is the place of the field employee from the decisions
All of the studies and decisions taken in any project are done by people who are far from the project field, we find that the corporation is working to prove its presence in many areas and this is on the responsibility of the corporation staff starting from the president to the smallest officer that it did not care about who are close to this project field, I mean that the opinion of the field employee is not taken. Never been asked about any study or decision made by the highest authority in the corporation and the evidence is new project “shopping at your home” via computer it is an excellent idea but did we ask people who provide this service in it’s field, starting from reception to delivery and it’s negatives and problems they face through their daily work? and are we ready to deal with this new service by the competent authority which is parcels. Through my visit to one of the European countries and when I saw how they deal with the parcels, whether outgoing or incoming I was impressed by the technology in dealing with parcels and that all procedures are automated and what I liked most that the parcels are not put in bags as we do, but they put the packages in boxes inside vehicle and each box is for certain office, and this way save the parcel from damage, especially if it contains sensitive electronic devices. I wish we can apply this method in dealing with internal parcels between cities and postal offices and you will see how this way is positive. … And thank you for your efforts in this field.
