Grievances court is requiring "insurance" to upgrade an employee holds a Master's degree

the Administrative tribunals in Grievances Court, sentenced against the Social Insurance Institution, provides for upgrading of its staff who have a master's degree. And based its verdict on the Regulations of officials and employees of the institution, which stipulates that employees who have higher academic qualifications during the service must be appointed in jobs commensurate with their qualifications and are granted ranked outstanding, considering this article that it requires the institution to upgrade the employee plaintiff, and, according to the sources of "Medina" newspaper, the employee submitted a claim to the Administrative Tribunal against his career, and demand for upgrade and to be equated by his colleagues who had been promoted, especially that he holds the qualifications and experience required for promotion to a higher degree, stressing that his career attributed did not approve the certificate and new qualification, addition the claim for financial compensation of half a million riyals.
After several meetings and deliberations in the case mentioned, the court decided to the Department of the plaintiff to give him priority to upgrade the job, and commit his employer to incur attorney's fees.
