القرار الملكي القاضي بتثبيت العمال والمستخدمين السابق لم يطبق على منسوبي المؤسسة لأسباب يعلمها الله ونص على المعينين قبل 1426هـ 0
والامر الحالي ينص على المعينين بعد 1426هـ 0
وبما ان منسوبي المؤسسة لم يستفيدوا من اللامر السابق ويجب ان تتنبه الموارد البشرية لهذه النقطة وتوضح لوزارة الخدمة ذلك لكي يستفيدوا منسوبي المؤسسة من الخبرات السابقة اي السنوات ما قبل القرار الاول 0
انتبهوا ايه الاخوة وطالبوا بحقوقكم لقد سمعنا ان احتساب الخبرة بعد 1426هـ وهذا يخص القطاعات التي استفادت من الاوامر السابقة 0
The past and current royal decrees
The previous Royal decree regarding the fixing of workers and employees did not apply to the employees of the institution, for reasons known only to God and provided for the employees appointed prior to 1426 H
And the current decree it provides for whom appointed after 1426 H
0 Since the employees of the institution have not benefited from previous decree,the human resources must be mindful to this point and make clear to the Ministry of the service in order to benefit employees of the institution of any previous experience meaning the years before the first decree
A. Be aware brothers and demand your rights ,I've heard that the calculation of expertise after 1426 and the terms of the sectors that benefited from previous orders 0
