فيه مثل يقول اذا رب البيت بالدف ضاربا فشيمت أهل البيت الرقص
هذا يعني ان كان المسؤول او الكبير غير منضبط في عمله ماذا نتوقع من الذين تحته المؤكد لن يداوموا او يتواجدوا في الأوقات المعتمدة رسميا.
حاول أحد المدراء العموم رحمه الله ضبط الدوام وتطبق الانضباطية على الجميع بما فيهم النواب ماذا كانت النتيجة ابعد عن منصبه
وحاول مدير عام آخر تطبيق نظام البصمة وكانت أحدى الاسباب لابعاده عن منصبه.
لن يصلح البريد والرقص مستمر

The post and disciplined attendance

This means that if the official was not disciplined in his work what do we expect of those below him,they certainly will not be attend in the officially approved times.
one of general managers -may God rest his soul- tried to set and enforce discipline on everyone, including the deputes,however the result was further down
