البريد الممتاز يضيع مستقبل أخي؟

أراد أحد إخوتي وهو الأخ عبدالمجيد محمد الشملاني العنزي تصديق شهادة الثانوية العامة من مدرسته التي تخرج منها ونظرا لقرب إجازة المدارس نصحته بأن يرسلها بالبريد الممتاز؛ لأنه الأسرع لوصول الرسالة، وفعلا أرسل الرسالة محتوية على أصل الشهادة وعدة صور لها، في يوم السبت 17/7/2010 من الرياض إلى المدينة المنورة وذكر موظف البريد أنها تصل بمشيئة الله خلال 24 ساعة.
فلكم أن تتصوروا بأن الرسالة لم تصل إلى هذه اللحظة، بل الأدهى أن موظفي البريد لايعرفون أين هي، تارة يقولون إنها وصلت المدينة وعندما قابلت موظفي بريد المدينة أكدوا أنها لم تخرج من الرياض وتم الاتصال على مدير البريد الممتاز في الرياض يوم الاثنين 19/7/2010 على جواله وسوف أذكر ما قاله لي ولن أزيد بإذن الله حرفا واحد؛ فقد قال بداية أمهلني ساعة وسوف أخبرك وبعد ساعة اتصلت به وقال بأنها لازالت في مطار الملك خالد الدولي لم تخرج وعندما سألته لماذا قال لا أعرف لكن أمهلني ساعة وسوف نحاول معرفة السبب فتركته ساعة ونصف وعندما اتصلت قال بأن الخطوط السعودية لم تنقلها. لماذا لا إجابة
وفي يوم الخميس الموافق 22/7/2010 أرسلت رسالة بالبريد الإلكتروني على الدكتور محمد طاهر بنتن ولكن لا لا جدوى.
وفي يوم السبت الموافق 24/7/2010 عاودت الاتصال بمدير البريد الممتاز في الرياض فقال بأن الرسالة بمطار المدينة وعندما قلت له كيف تقول في مطار الرياض والآن تقول في المدينة قال لي بأنه لم يقل ذلك!عندها حقيقة افتقدت الثقة بهذا البريد الذي استخدمنا أعلى فئة يملكها ألا وهي البريد الممتاز ودفعنا قيمة الرسالة مقدما لإيصالها للمكان المحدد ورغم ذلك لم تصل، وعلاوة على ذلك مدير بريد الرياض وهو أعلى مسؤول للبريد الممتاز في الرياض لايعرف أي الرسالة ولا الأسباب التي أخرتها وفي يوم الأربعاء الموافق 28/7/2010 اتجهت إلى المدير العام للبريد في المدينة المنورة وقابلت سكرتيره وعندما طلبت منه السماح لي بمقابلة المدير قال بأنه في اجتماع فانتظرت فلما طال الوقت سلمت السكرتير معروض تظلم وخرجت، وكنت أتمنى لو تم الاتصال علي حتى ينتابني شعور بأن هناك اهتمام بموضوعي، ولكن مع الأسف لم يتم الاتصال.
فاضطررت للذهاب إلى المدينة مرة أخرى أقصد مرات أخر، ولكن لافائدة، كل هذا الجهد والعناء من أجل أن أحصل على معلومة فقط عن رسالتي التي دفعنا ثمن إرسالها مقدما من أجل أن تصل في موعدها وإلى العنوان المحدد بدون تعب وعناء، فلماذا لم يفى البريد بالعهد الذي قطعه على نفسه، ولماذا مسؤولي البريد سواء في المدينة أو الرياض لايقومون بخدمة العميل بالاتصال أو أقل الأحوال إشعاره بأنهم مهتمون بموضوعه.
الأضرار التي نتجت عن تأخر واختفاء الرسالة:
1 - أغلقت المدارس يوم الأربعاء الموافق 21/7/2010 والرسالة لم تصل لأجل تصديقها، وبذلك لايستطيع التقديم إلى جامعة الملك عبد العزيز التي كان يحلم أن يكون من ضمن طلابها لهذه السنة.
2 - التعب البدني بالذهاب إلى مكان إرسال الرسالة ومكان وصولها والإرهاق النفسي والذهني بالمتابعة والاتصال رغم أنها أرسلت بأعلى فئة بالبريد (البريد الممتاز).
3 - إساءة بالغة للبريد الممتاز بأنه غير آمن وغير وفي بالعهد الذي قطعه لصاحب الرسالة.
4 - تم دفع قيمة الرسالة كاملة قبل مغادرتها، فهل أموال الناس رخيصة لهذه الدرجة.
5 - اختفاء الرسالة ومحتوياتها وهذا هو الأدهى والأمر لأنها مستندات رسمية دفع الطالب بها اثنى عشر سنة من عمره وفي البريد تمسح في ثوان.
هنا يوجه السؤال لبنتن ؟ اين وصلت الرساله وانت تتحدى ان يجي احد يقول رسالتي ماوصلت ؟

EMS lost my brother’s future?

one of my brothers brother Abdul Majeed Mohammed Alchammlani Alnzi Wanted to certify the General Secondary school Certificate from the school from which he graduated and because the schools vacations had become near I advised him to send it by express mail ; because it is faster in receiving of the message, and actually he sent a letter containing the original certificate and several copies of it, on Saturday, 07/17 / 2010 from Riyadh to Medina, and the post officer said that it will arrive by God willing, within 24 hours.
can you imagine that the message did not arrive until this moment, even worse, that postal workers do not know where it is, sometimes they say that it reached Al-Madina and when I met the staff of Madina post office they said that it did not come out of Riyadh post office we contacted the Director of EMS in Riyadh on Monday, 19/07 / 2010 on his cell phone and I will mention what he told me not more, by God willing,; at the beginning He said give me an hour then I will tell you an after an hour I called him and he said that it is still in the King Khalid International Airport and did not come out and when I asked him why he does not know, but he said give me hour and I will try to find out why so I gave him an hour and a half and when called him again he said that Saudi Arabian Airlines have been misreported. I asked Why but not finding answer
On Thursday, 22/07/2010 I sent an email to Dr. Mohamed Taher Benten, but in vain
and On Saturday, 24/07/2010 i re-contact the EMS in Riyadh he said that the message is in Madina airport and when I told him how can you say it is at the airport in Riyadh and now you say at Madina airport he told me that he did not said so. At this moment i lost the trust in postal corporation, which we used the highest category service that they have the express mail service and we paid the value of the message in advance to deliver it to the place that it was specified, although it didn’t, in addition to this the Director of Riyadh post, the top official of Express Mail in Riyadh did not know anything about this letter nor the reasons of delay On Wednesday, 7/28/2010 I went to the postal General Director in Medina and I met with his secretary and when I asked him to allow me to meet the Director he said that he is at a meeting, I waited and when it had been a long-time I gave the secretary a complain document and i went out, and I wish that they contact me so I feel that anybody care about my issue, but unfortunately nobody contacted.
I was forced to go to the Madina post another time, I mean many times last, but In vain, all this effort and suffering in order to get information only for my letter, which had been pre-paid in advance in order to arrive simply on time and to the specified address, why didn’t the postal corporation didn’t do it’s work they take on themselves, and why officials in Riyadh and Madina, don’t serve the client ? by contacting even to let him feel that they care about his case
Damage caused by the delay and the disappearance of the message:
1 - schools were closed on Wednesday, 21/07/2010 and the letter did not arrive for ratification, and thus my brother could not apply to the University of King Abdul Aziz that he had dreamed to be among it’s students for this year.
2 - physical fatigue to go to a place of sending the message and the place of arrival and psychological and mental stress because of follow-up and communication, although it was sent by the highest category by express mail (EMS).
3 - extreme insult to the Express Mail that it is not safe and it doesn’t do the work it suppose to do.
4 - the value of the message has been pre-paid in full prior to departure, is people's money cheap to this extent.
5 - the disappearance of the message and it’s content, and this is worse because it is official documents the student lost twelve years of his life working on it, but the postal corporation erased it in seconds.
Here the question is directed to Benten? Where did you the letter go? you dare the one who come and say my letter didn’t arrive?

البريد الممتاز سرح اكثر من 150 موظف قديم في الرياض فقط لدعم نجاح الشركات المنافسه التي تدفع مقابل كل عمليه مبلغ وقدره .
الاخ احمد لا تلوم مدير بريد المدينه البلاء من الرياض والسر مدفون.

البريد ضيع مستقبل موطفينه ما تبغاه يضيع مستقبل مواطن .شكلك يا احمد نايم في العسل

EMS lays off more than 150 employees in Riyadh only to support the success of the competing companies that pay large sum of money for each operation.
Brother Ahmed ,Please don't blame the Postal manager of ELmadina ,the real problem is from the Riyadh and the secret is hidden.

The postal has wasted the future and careers of his employees.I think you aren't aware of what is going on Ahmed.

اللذين لايفقهون في العمل البريدي أي شيء والدليل كاونتر التسليم في المجمع والتوزيع هو أساس العمل في الممتاز.
وكنت أتمنى نقلي مع الموظفين المنقولين إلى المناطق البريدية لكن للأسف ، وماذكره الأخ / مدير عام
بأن المنقولين موظفين قداما غير صحيح بل يوجد منهم كفاءات ومتخصصين في التسويق والمحاسبة
لكن توجهاتهم غير توجهات مسؤولي الممتاز ( موظفي زجول سابقاً ) ،،
بالنسبة للأخ الأحمري عليك الاتصال بخدمة العملاء وطلب الموظف / عصام الزيد فستجد عنده حلك بإذن الله

EMS is living in very bad shape under the leadership of (Zegoul Elmasraheyeen staff ))
Who know nothing about postal work, and the proof is the delivery-counter in the complex and distributionis the basis for work in EMS..
I wish I were transferred with the staff to postal areas, but unfortunately, what Brother / General Manager
That the transferred staff were senior -which isn't true- as there were qualified and specialists in marketing and accounting
But their approach is different from that of EMS officials (staff Zajoul previously),
As for the brother Elahmary ,you should contact customer service and ask for Mr. / Essam Al-Zaid, he will find you a solution, God willing

للأمانه السمعة سيئة جدا للبريد الممتاز

وحاولت مرارا وتكرارا ( ترقيع ) ما اراه امام عيني من بلاوي ولكن إلـى متى .!!

يعني تخيل موظف بريد ممتاز الي شغلته يوصل الغرض الى العميل يتصل فيك بتلفون ثابت ويقول تعال خذ غرضك ولماتقول له بأدب ما اقدر اجي وممكن توصلون الغرض الخاص بي للعنوان الواضح امامك
يتناسى الموظف موضوعك تماما ويتجاهلك ليومين او ثلاثه وذلك لضريبة طلبك منه اتمام عمله بتوصيل ( حقك ) ..!! ( حصلت معي للأسف )

ولكن ليس لدي ما اقوله الا بقول الشاعر :

قد اسمعت لو ناديت حيا ،، ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي

Frankly,The reputation of EMS is extremely awful,
and I have tried many times to justify the problems that i see right infront of my eyes,but till when!!
For example,an EMS employee whose main job is to deliver mail to the client,he calls you to tell you to come and take your mail (package( and you rely to him politely that you won't be able to come,and ask him to deliver the package to the above address ,so the employee ignores you completely for two or three days in order to punish you for your justified request (which is one of your rights )
and this incident occured to me unfortunately

There is absolutely no hope to fix the situation of EMS,as it is too late now.

The zegoul employee can't even recognize the addresses,he is so careless..and now all the internal mail is left for a week then you will have to go to receive it as there is no one to deliver it
