الاخ upu مايقوله الاداري هو واقع الموظف المحبط فعلا من ريئس مؤسسه تقدم خدماتها للمجتمع بفضل الله ثم بفضل موظفيها المجتهدون المتفانين في العمل والمخلصين فيه ...اتمنى من الريئس ان ينظر الى نفسه انه من يقودالعقول الصعبه ويمكن نظيف الى عقليته انها صعبه جدا لانقدر ننافسها !!!
اما الدورات الداخليه فهي موجوده فعلا والموظفين ياخذون دورات ولكن بناءًعلى ماقال الريئس فهم يتلقون التدريب من عقليات صعبه جدا جدا !!!
اما الدورات الخارجيه فكثر منها والله ماشفناها يمكن هو ياخذهاومن يقرب له لكي ترتقي العقول وترقى معها العقليات الصعبه ..اخيرا يسرني ان اضمك بكل حب وشكر وتقدير الى عقلياتنا الصعبه جدا فاهلا بك بين احبابك وزملائك ...
تبقى الحقيقه المره التي لانتجاهلها الموظفين الذين شاهدتهم بأم عينك والعينات الكثيرة من موظفي شبابيك القبول يتعاملون مع العملاء وكأن البريد السعودي هو الوحيد في العالم بدون منافس هم في منطقه مكه المكرمه وموظفين بالواسطه .. لدرجه انهم يرسلون الرسائل بدون عناوين وبدون تخليص وهذه حقيقه واسال اهل العلم ...وبكل امانه وصدق ليسو كلهم وانما بعضهم .......
وهذه السلسلة من الأخطاء نتيجه الدورات لشهر اوشهرين هذا ان كثرت وداومو خلالها ..لاننفي ان هناك مو ظفين قدامى يجهلون بعض العمل وليسو متمرسين على الكمبيوتر ومايشهده البريد من تطور يعتمد على التقنيه ..لكن هم افضل بكثير ممن لحق بهم ولو فقط في الانضباط في العمل واوقاته وتطبيق الشروط في القبول ...
وهم ليسو كالخبراء الذين وضعو مكاتب البريد دعايه لشركات الاتصالات بدلا من ان يضعو دعايات واعلانات البريد هي الاساس ..ليسو من الخبراء الذين رواتبهم لاتتصور كم هي ...هم مدراء مناطق بالعقود ومع ان من يقوم بالعمل كله هم العقليات الصعبه ....اكرر الترحيب بك بيننا والا رحب بنا عندك وكن قمه في التواضع ...ونحن سنلبي دعوتك متى مادعيتنا لناخذدوره خارجيه اوداخليه بشرط يكون عنوانها ((دوره ذو العقليات الصعبه جدا)) ..تحياتي

Brother upu what the managing says is the reality of the frustrating employee actually from a President of a corporation that provides services to the community thanks to God and thanks to the Diligent staff who dedicated and work sincerely in it ... I hope President to look at himself who lead the difficult minds and we can say about his mentality that it is very difficult for us to compete! !!
The Interior courses is already available and the staff take their courses, but according to what the President said They receive training from very very very difficult mentalities too!!!
The outside courses say a lot about I swear to God we didn't have any of it, maybe who take these courses are the employees closed to him for developing their minds and the hard mentalities develop with it .. I'm happy to finally hold you with all the love and thanks and appreciation to the very difficult minds of ours, so welcome among your loved ones and colleagues ...
The bitter fact remains that we cannot ignore, The staff that you have seen them by yourself and the many samples of windows staff dealing with customer acceptance, as if the Saudi Post is the only one in the world are without competition in Mecca and they are employed by favoritism .. To the extent that they are sending messages without addresses, and without clearance, and this is a fact and ask the people who know ... and with all honesty and sincerity not all, but some of them .......
This series of errors are a result of the month or two coerces that if it is many and they attend it all .. we cannot deny that there are veterans employees are unaware of some of the work and not practicing computer and the post evolution depends on the technology .. but they are much better than those who have employed after them, even if only in the discipline at work and times and the application of the conditions of admission ...
They are not like experts who made mail offices a publicity for telecommunications companies, rather than putting propaganda and advertising for the mail which is the basic .. not from the experts who you cannot tell how much there salaries are ... they are areas managers by contracts although who do all the work are the hard mentalities.... I repeat we welcome you among us and welcome us in your place, and be very much humble... and we will accept your invitation any time you want, to take inside or outside course but the title must be ((a course for the very difficult mentalities)) ..
