العثمان يترأس اجتماع بريد الشرقية

ترأس سعادة الأستاذ سعد بن عبد الرحمن العثمان مدير عام بريد المنطقة الشرقية اجتماع إدارة بريد المنطقة لمناقشة سير العمل وسبل تطويره بما يتماشى مع أهداف وطموحات مؤسسة البريد السعودي والمشاريع العملاقة الطموحة التي تطرحها المؤسسة تباعا .
وقد حضر الاجتماع سعادة مدير عام بريد المنطقة المساعد لشئون المكاتب البريدية الأستاذ حمد بن سعود الحربي و سعادة مدير عام بريد المنطقة المساعد للشئون المالية والإدارية الأستاذ عقل بن محمد العقل وسعادة مدير عام بريد المنطقة المساعد للعمليات البريدية الأستاذ احمد بن محمد البليهد ومدراء الإدارات الإقليمية وبعض مدراء المحافظات والإدارات الميدانية .
وقد وجه سعادة مدير عام بريد المنطقة مدراء الإدارات والمكاتب والمحافظات البريدية بضرورة الحرص التام على تقديم كافة الخدمات البريدية للعملاء بجودة عالية والتعامل الراقي وتذليل كافة المصاعب التي قد تواجههم إن وجدت وان يتم التنسيق المباشر بين الإدارات والقطاعات البريدية بما يخدم مصلحة العمل وحل كافة الإشكالات والمعوقات التي قد تطرأ على الخدمة بالصورة النظامية وبالسرعة المطلوبة لانجاز الأعمال في زمن قياسي ودقيق .
كما أوصى سعادته بضرورة تكثيف تسويق الخدمات البريدية الحديثة عبر كافة المهرجانات والفعاليات التي تقام خلال هذا الصيف .

HE Mr. Saad Bin Abdul Rahman Othman, General Manager of Eastern Region postal management area heads a meeting to discuss the progress of work and its development in line with the goals and aspirations of Saudi Post Corporation and the ambitious mega-projects presented by the Foundation, respectively.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Director General E-area assistant to the affairs of the postal offices, Hamad bin Saud Al-Harbi and Director General of E-region Assistant for Finance and Administration Mr. Akl bin Mohammed mind and the Director General of E-region Assistant Operations Newsletter, Mr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Alpeletd and directors of regional administrations and some managers provinces and departments in the field.
The face of His Excellency General Manager of E-region, heads of departments, offices and provincial postal need to strive to provide all postal services to customers with high quality and upscale deal and overcome all the difficulties they may face, if any, and that is direct coordination between departments and sectors mailing to serve the interest of the work and solve all the problems and obstacles that may occur in the service with order and the required speed to complete the work in record time and accurately.
It also recommended to intensify marketing of modern postal services across all the festivals and events held this summer.
