The Post and development of minds comes first!!
This is a title for an article written by Professor: Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Faraj in the electronic journal “Eagel” publishing a month ago almost. What is important that I said my companion when can we get to this level of precision in the clarity of the address despite the overlap of those rural and similarity, as that the resident who live in it for long time may get lost occasionally, although the mail reaches the destination without asking the postman any human being in his way? but I added another question is when can service organizations of the civil defense or ambulance or police or even electricity access to reach to it’s destination through clear address without questioning anybody? for example, Do you stay near to “….” petrol station? or Excellence bakery for “Mr. …..”? or at “….” restaurant ? and other questions that do not end, before the fire destroyed all the contents of the scene before the arrival of theFire brigade or when the ill person dies without the ambulance reach to his place, my friend smiled a Yellow smile indicates that this is impossible ....... ....... What is appropriate now for mentioning this topic is the successive developments in postal corporation, led by skipper skilled and specialist: Dr. Mohammed Benten, who goes forward to those developments to safety amid the chaos seas without entering in controversies and clashes with anyone, but that the principle that he goes with is to highlight the action and not the words in order to achieve the goal that aspires to him, not mentioning the other service organizations, like ambulance and civil defense, police and Electricity, it is still in a deep sleep and work with bakery methods, restaurant and mosque until God willing to evolve and change it, but postal corporation, and I certify it to GOD is going through it’s way quietly to internationality until it became a reality perceived it in front of our eyes and touch it with our hands every day through these beautiful rectangular green paintings, which began to decorate the walls of my beloved city ( Buraydah), I had noted from a mail specialist that Wasel Boxes affixed to the walls of houses is closely linked to specialists through satellite and coordinates, and this is what makes my question fade after hearing this wonderful answer, when I was surprised by the non-sequence numbers of those boxes and they are aside or opposite, and this is what makes me optimistic in such an action that we hope to be followed by steps but the great tragedy that with these developments we have benefited from the top of modern technology only but we could not develop some of the minds that benefit of this service, the proof is the large numbers of those boxes which had been attacked and sometimes even been eliminated in several cities for no reason but the lack of awareness and culture among some people. And I say some but not all people who this service has put in front of his residence, and this is what makes me whisper in Dr. Mohammed Benten ears the chief of the development and reform campaign, and to assure him that he had to cut a part of the development campaign aimed at develop minds at first, because we desperately need this
