The Director of Human Resources in the postal corporation Relieved from his post.
Decision was issued by the President of the Saudi Postal Corporation, Dr. Mohammed Benten by revealling the Director of Human Resources in the postal corporation from his postion and assign him as an adviser in the Office of the President of the postal corporation
The resolution stated that, upon the exigencies of the business, it was decided to instruct the former Director of Human Resources, as an advisor in our office and instruct Mr. Ali Al-asiri as a Director of Human Resources for a period of six months and this resolution shall enter into force from 28/4/1432 H.
The director of human resources in the corporation had been assigned to work as General Manager of Human Resources from the beginning of the month Muharram of the year 1430.
The decision to exempt the General Director of Human Resources of the postal corporation issued after about 8 days only from the problem of the contract holders staff, after the corporation was willing then to change the contract from jobs to the support jobs, which the staff call it "circumvent" of the royal command which ordered to make fixed contracts to the employees, where they indicated then that the corporation tried to change their jobs in order not to be covered by the royal decision of the continues contracts.
The problem of the staff have ended after hours from its publishing through "Scoop" as the President of Saudi Post Corporation issued a circulation in which he referred to the intention of the corporation to urgently put in a lsit of continues contracts the names of all contract holders employees and workers and the salary scale to give it to the Commission that the Royal Order issued by forming, to complete the procedures to make continues contracts with official jobs, after hours of "Scoop" publishing to the complaints of staff.
Referring that the scenario of relieving the human resources manager in the postal corporation similar to a large extent with the decision to relieve the General Manager of Human Resources Development Fund, which commissioned the work after his exemption as an adviser to the Fund Manager.
