لا زال النظام التعسفي الجاهلي يسود بريد مكة المكرمة

بسم الله والحمد الله .. والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله
أما بعد :
بلغني أن رئيس قسم العلاقات العامة ببريد العاصمة المقدسة تقدم بطلب إجازة إضطرارية لمدة يومين لسعادة مدير بريد العاصمة المقدسة المكلف !!

وكان تقديم طلب الإجازة قبل مباشرتها بيوم واحد وأعتقد أنه حسب المتبع على كل حال بينما تم رفع الطلب تمتع رئيس قسم العلاقات العامة بيومي الثلاثاء والأربعاء .. وحينما باشر في يوم السبت تفاجأ برفض طلبه فحسب بل ورفع غياب عنه عن اليومين التي طلب فيها الإجازة .

ومن جهة أخرى سبق له أن رفع لمدير عام بريد منطقة مكة المكرمة بطلب الإجازة المذكورة ، ثم قام بنقل الصورة الحرجة التي رسمها ووضعها المدير المكلف بالعاصمة المقدسة وحينما طلب منه مدير المنطقة الإفادة أفاد المدير المكلف بنفس صيغة التعامل مع الإجازات العادية ثم أضاف عليها : أن الإجازة الإضطرارية يظن البعض أنها حق مكتسب ولا يعلم أنها حق غير مكتسب لا يطلب إلا في الحالات الحرجة أو الماسة - باختصار -

فقام مدير المنطقة بالرد على كلاهما قائلاً : يمنح المذكور إجازة إضطرارية عن يوم الثلاثاء فقط .

وبحسب خبرتنا نقول :

1 - أن الإجازات الإضطرارية لا تعامل معاملة الإجازات العادية من ناحية الوقت والمدة والتقديم .

2 - أن نظام التقدم بطلب الإجازة الإضطرارية قبلها بيوم أو بوقت كافا أعتقد بإنه قرار خاطيء وقد صدر مؤخرا أي قرار أو تعميم جديد لم يمضي عليه أربعة أشهر . والجميع يعلم بإمكانية قبوله أو التحايل عليه ككل القرارات فيما لو رغبنا مساعدة الموظف .

3 - وهنا أسأل المدير المكلف وبكل صدق وجدية من الذي يقرر يا سعادة المدير إن كان الموظف يستحق الإجازة الإضطرارية أو لا يستحقها ؟ وكيف يتم تقريرها إن كانت حق مكتسب أو غير مكتسب ؟ وأتصور أن هذه الجملة لتبرير موقفك للأسف وهي غير مجدية لأنه بالفعل إن كانت زوجتي أو أمي أو أبنتي لديها عارض ما سواء مراجعة المستشفى أو حالة طلاق أو عملية إجهاض أو منظار لا قدر الله .. السؤال فهل يحق للموظف بالإجازة وهل يحق لك معرفة هذا العارض الحرج وما خفي كان أعظم وأقصد من ذلك لا يقرر أي أحد منا هذا الحق غيرالمولى عز وجل .

4 - من المؤسف فعلا ألا يمنح رئيس قسم إجازة إضطرارية لمدة يومين لمجرد أنك أصبحت مديرا مكلفا ومن العار أصلا الطعن في ذمة أو أمانة رئيس قسم وإن كان بطريقة غير مباشرة فنحن نفترض بالرجل وغيره خيرا وأنت تدعي عليه بأنه حق غير مكتسب وقد يفهم من ردك أنه لا يستحق الإجازة ! إلا إذا كان قرارك ارتجالي وتعسفي لمجرد الاعتباط والرفض لسوء المزاج في ذلك اليوم .

5 - ومن أكبر العيوب والمؤسفات أن يصدر مدير المنطقة قراره بمنح رئيس القسم إجازة إضطرارية لمدة يوم واحد ويؤسفني القول أنه قرار خاطيء مائة بالمائة ولا أعلم إن كان هناك نظام في العالم أو في جزيرة ما وفي مثل هذه الحالة يسمح بمنح يوم واعتبار الغياب على اليوم الثاني أو اليوم التالي وأتصور إما أن يمنح المذكور اليومين أو أنه يغيب في كلا اليومين .
ولكن في الحقيقة بيض الله ما قصر ومن شان موية الوجه للأول عطاه يوم أو اجازه بيوم واحد ومن شان خاطر موية وجه الثاني عطاه غياب باليوم الثاني .

وأخيراً أقول تالله والذي رفع السماء بلا عمد هذا بلانا ومصيبتنا في ديننا وفي بريد العاصمة المقدسة منا وفينا والعيب منا وفينا وأن التصفية الشخصية أو تصفية الحسابات تكون على حساب الكرسي والعمل والوظيفة مما يضر بالمقام الأول بالموظف ثم الضرر بمصلحة العمل وكيف ننشد التقوى والصبر وكيف ننشد المحبة والسلام وكيف ننشد الآدب والاحترام وكيف نطلب المعونة والخير ونحن لا خير فينا يبدوا لي أن الأمر هين وبسيط جدا يا صديقي العزيز ولكن أجهد الله من أجهدك وأمحق الله من أضر بك ومن كتبت يداه بضررك وكذلك اليد التي أعانة على ضررك وأشلها الله لا تخف يا صديقي العزيز قد يعفوا الله تبارك وتعالى عنهم جميعا من حقه يوم العرض والحساب ولكن سيبقى حقي وحقك أغلالًا من نار في رقابهم أقسم بالله لن ينعموا آنذاك بالراحة حتى يستوفي الله لنا حقوقنا منهم وعن بكرة أبيهم .

قال شيخي صاحب المذهب الثقة الحجة الإمام :

تزول عن الدنيا فإنك لا تدري - إذا جن عليك الليل هل تعيش إلى الفجر
فكم من صحيح مات من غير علة - وكم من سقيم عاش حيناً من الدهر
وكم من فتى أمسى وأصبح ضاحكا- وأكفانه في الغيب تنسج وهو لا يدري
فمن عاش ألفا وألفين - فلابد من يوم يسير إلى القبر

In the name of God, praise to God .. And prayer and peace upon the Messenger of God
After:
I am informed that the Head of Public Relations department in the post of the Holy capital apply compelling leave for two days to His Excellency the Director in charge of the post of the Holy City!!

And the leave request was one day before the leave and I think that as applied , whatever the request was sent and the Head of Public Relations enjoyed the 2 days leave, Tuesday and Wednesday .. When started on Saturday I was surprised by the denial his application, and he was recorded absent of that two days that he requested the leave in .

On the other hand has already raised to the postal General Director in Mecca a leave request for the same days, then he transfer the critical drawn that the Director in charge of the holy capital post office had put, and when asked the area manager to report according to the Director in charge of the same formula to deal with the normal vacations and then added: the involuntary leave some think it is an acquired right and does not know it not a right acquired is not required except in critical or urgent cases - in short -

So, the area manager responded to both, saying: grante to him a leave for compelling on Tuesday only.

According to our experience, we say:

1 - The involuntary leave are not treated as normal leave in terms of time, duration and application.

2 - that the system of applying for involuntary leave the day before or enough time I think it is a wrong decision and has been issued recently, any new decision or circulate that does not stayed four months. And Everyone knows the possibility of accepting the or circumvented it like all decisions if we wish to help the employee.

3 - And so I ask the Director in charge with all honesty and seriousness who decides, Mr. Director?, if the employee deserves the involuntary leave or not? And how it is reported that it was an acquired right or not? I think that this sentence to justify your position, unfortunately, it is not feasible because it already if my wife or my mother or my daughter have Accidental reasons not by going to hospital or maybe divorce case or an Miscarriage or Telescope or God Protect us, .. the Question Is the employee entitled to leave and are you entitled to know this critical reason and the greatest is hidden and I mean no one can decide which one of us has the right except God Almighty.

4 – It is a pity really that a head of a department couldn’t take a compelling leave for two days just because you became a director in charge and it is a shame the Uncertainty in the edema and the Secretariat of a Head of a department even indirectly, we assume that the man and others are good and you claim that it not acquired right and he may understand from your response that he does not deserve to leave, unles if your decision was impulsive and arbitrary, mere arbitrariness and rejection of the bad mood that day.

5 - One of the biggest flaws and Regrettables that the area manager issued his decision granting the head of the department a leave compelling for one day and I regret to say that it is a wrong decision one hundred percent, I do not know if there is a system in the world or in an island or In such situation allows the granting of day and to consider the absence on the second day or the next day and I guess he either be granted the said days, or he misses on both days.
But in fact May God, whitten his face he didn’t dereliction on giving a leave for for the sake of both and the second day absence.

Finally, I swear to God who raised the sky without pillars, this is our disaster in the post of the holy capital of us and in us and shame on us and in us and it is just revenge and scores at the expense of the chair and work and job that harms at the first instance the employee, and damage the working benefits and how we seek piety and patience and how to seek love and peace and how to seek behavour and respect and how to ask for aid and good and we are not good with each others it is seems to me that it is easy and very simple, my dear friend, but May God hurt who hurted you, and who wrote by his hands to harm you as well as the hand that helped him to harm you Do not be afraid, my dear friend Almighty God may forgive all of them at the last day but remain my right and your right fetters of fire in their necks, I swear to God they will not enjoy the comfortable until God give us our rights from them including them all.

من المرونة في النظام اعطاء الموظف اجازة اضطرارية حسب ظروفه ، سواء استطاع أن يقدم عليها قبل موعدها أو بعدما يجيء للعمل مع تبرير الانقطاع بعذر مقبول

مع الأسف هذا المكلف سبب الكثير من المشاكل في منطقة المدينة المنورة ومع هذا ما زال المسؤولون في منطقة مكة المكرمة بل وفي كامل الموسسة يتعاملون معه بصفته احد اقرباء الرئيس
وهو السبيل للوصول لرضا معاليه بغض النظر عن تخلفه الاداري
وكأن المؤسسة ملك للرئيس او اقربائه , ومع هذا لا احمل مدير المنطقة
او المدير المكلف المسؤوليه كامله فالأول اراد أن يرضي المدير المكلف ولو كان رضاه على حساب الصواب والثاني مازال ملتصق بدائرة النفوذ والفوائد المترتبه على ذلك ولو انه اجمالاً لا علاقة له بالبريد ولا بكل برامجه , وبقية المسؤوليه على اغلب موظفين مكة فقد تركوا لهؤلاء الاقزام ان يتحكموا ويتجبروا وكأن بريد مكة ملك لأبائهم والموظفين يعملون عندهم ولو صعد هذا الموظف لمن هو اعلى من مدير المنطقة ومن رئيس المؤسسة وبدل ان يتوجه الى مدير المنطقة توجه لهيئة الرقابة والتحقيق لكان الامر اسهل وكسب اثنتان انصافه ومحاسبة هذا القزم الجاهل ,,, فالمسؤولون في البريد يخافون الموظف الذي يحارب من اجل حقوقه.

Unfortunately,This man in charge has caused alot of troubles in the Madina area,yet all the officials in Mekka area and in the entire foundation still deal with him as one of the relatives of the president,this way they can satisfy his highness regardless of administrative failure
As if the foundation belongs to the president or his relatives,however,I wouldn't say that the area manager or the director in charge ,neither of them is fully responsible for that,as the first wanted to satisfy the director in charge even if his satisfaction came at the expense of doing the right thing and the second is still stuck in the circle of influence and the benefit of that,although he generally has nothing to do with the postal or all its programs,and the rest of the responsibility lays on most of Mekka's employees who let these dwarfs rule and master as if Mekka postal belonged to their parents,and employees worked for them,and If this employee had went to whoever was higher than the area manager or the head of the foundation,and instead of going to the area manager he went to the investigation and auditing committee,it would have been easier and he would have got his rights back and this dwarf would have been held accountable...as employees of the postal are always afraid of whoever fights for his rights

سؤال هل. قام المدير بطلب الاجازة قبلها بيوم وتمتع بها قبل اخذ الموافقه عليها .الاجازه ليست بالحق المكتسب ويجب اقتناع الرئيس المباشر بالسبب حتى يتم التمتع بها حسب النظام .الغريب ان المدير حبيب لموظف البريد مادام يلبى له رغباته والا فهو سيئ .موظفى البريد يرغبون فى التمتع بمالهم بغض النظر عن انتاجيتهم وماقدموه لخدمه عملاء المؤسسة
