We were so happy when the Royal Decree issued by employing you Chairman of the Saudi Postal Corporation to what we know about your development aprach and administrative work which gives you this royal trust property expensive regarding our happiness by your employment it has several reforming aspects which you made most of it and one of those that you were given the postal employee good social status outside the postal circles and also increased income and a postal employee May God reward you good reward for this great work, but there must be reform of the administrative and management restructuring (low departments), we find, for example in the management of official mail in Mecca the leadership are men who have presented to the post all they can from the great work and powerful but they stooped the developmental and humanitarian role and this is for some reasons that all of us know, that they are the old employees who do not care to sacrifice great and precious for keeping their positions because if they work somewhere else than the post they will not be able to reach it for example, we find managers of official mail in the Mecca area do not hold a university degree or development sessions of the I found myself that I sought them an excuse when floundering administratively, and that is simply because they can not offer more, knowing that there are more than university graduates under their management, but they cannot find the opportunity, even when they have put the opportunity of Gameaee it was by friendship and not through efficient administrative qualifications, So I ask your excellency to consider as a developed man your corporation and filtering these departments so that we can keep up with the world around us.
