قولوووووووووووو معي الله لا يوفق من كان السبب في تاخير الترقيات للمرتبة 40 لأنه بهذا التأخير حرمنا لحد الآن من الاستفادة من سنه تقريباً فلوا ترقينا مع المراتب 41 أو بعدها تماما لأستفدنا من سنه كاملة تقريباً ولادركنا علاوة المرتبة 40
وبعد هذا كله تقول في كل تأخيره خيره
say with me may God punish whoever was responsible for the delay of promotions to the 40th rank because he denied us till now of using one whole year ,if we were upgraded with the 41st rank or the next ones we would benefit from a whole year and we would take the raise of the 40th rank
and after all this,we say there is good in every delay
