لكن حالة أخونا هذا حالة خاصة نتجت عن وجود بعض ظروف
إذا البريد السعودي يعالج أكثر من عشرة الاف رسالة يوميا والتي ترسل تحت خدمة نفس اليوم ، وتظهر رسالة واحد بها تأخير ، فهذا حتما نجاح باهر وغير مسبوق
نحن نعتذر للعميل ، وإن الخطأ وارد في جميع الخدمات ولكنه نادر
