لا زال النظام التعسفي الجاهلي يسود بريد مكة المكرمة

مع الأسف هذا المكلف سبب الكثير من المشاكل في منطقة المدينة المنورة ومع هذا ما زال المسؤولون في منطقة مكة المكرمة بل وفي كامل الموسسة يتعاملون معه بصفته احد اقرباء الرئيس
وهو السبيل للوصول لرضا معاليه بغض النظر عن تخلفه الاداري
وكأن المؤسسة ملك للرئيس او اقربائه , ومع هذا لا احمل مدير المنطقة
او المدير المكلف المسؤوليه كامله فالأول اراد أن يرضي المدير المكلف ولو كان رضاه على حساب الصواب والثاني مازال ملتصق بدائرة النفوذ والفوائد المترتبه على ذلك ولو انه اجمالاً لا علاقة له بالبريد ولا بكل برامجه , وبقية المسؤوليه على اغلب موظفين مكة فقد تركوا لهؤلاء الاقزام ان يتحكموا ويتجبروا وكأن بريد مكة ملك لأبائهم والموظفين يعملون عندهم ولو صعد هذا الموظف لمن هو اعلى من مدير المنطقة ومن رئيس المؤسسة وبدل ان يتوجه الى مدير المنطقة توجه لهيئة الرقابة والتحقيق لكان الامر اسهل وكسب اثنتان انصافه ومحاسبة هذا القزم الجاهل ,,, فالمسؤولون في البريد يخافون الموظف الذي يحارب من اجل حقوقه.

Unfortunately,This man in charge has caused alot of troubles in the Madina area,yet all the officials in Mekka area and in the entire foundation still deal with him as one of the relatives of the president,this way they can satisfy his highness regardless of administrative failure
As if the foundation belongs to the president or his relatives,however,I wouldn't say that the area manager or the director in charge ,neither of them is fully responsible for that,as the first wanted to satisfy the director in charge even if his satisfaction came at the expense of doing the right thing and the second is still stuck in the circle of influence and the benefit of that,although he generally has nothing to do with the postal or all its programs,and the rest of the responsibility lays on most of Mekka's employees who let these dwarfs rule and master as if Mekka postal belonged to their parents,and employees worked for them,and If this employee had went to whoever was higher than the area manager or the head of the foundation,and instead of going to the area manager he went to the investigation and auditing committee,it would have been easier and he would have got his rights back and this dwarf would have been held accountable...as employees of the postal are always afraid of whoever fights for his rights
