عندي نقطه مهمه وهي ان موظف البريد الممتاز لا يتميز عن موظف البريد العادي والبريد المسجل بأي ميزه
بعكس اذا وجد اي خطأ موظف البريد الممتاز الغلطه الوحده محسوبه عليه وتكون تحت المجهر واما موظف البريد العادي ليس هناك اي مشكله لديه سواء اخطأ ام لم يخطئ

موظف البريد الممتاز مرتبط بوقت وقد لايستأذن في ذلك اليوم بسبب الرحله وموعد الترحيل وايضا استقباله للعملاء يكون غير استقبال موظف البريد العادي والاشتراكات والمسجل

وهناك الكثير الكثير

فنأمل ان موظف البريد الممتاز يتميز عن غيره من باقي اقسام البريد الاخرى التي لاتتطلب سرعه ومجهود ولباقه ومظهر ونظافه

وايضا موظفي البريد الممتاز مظلومين جدا بالدورات التدريبيه وخصوصا قطاع الاقليم الشمالي
فهناك تمارس الديكتاتوريه بعنجهيتها وجبروتها وكبريائها وظلمها ونزع روح بذل الجهود في العمل
فالموظف محتاج لدورات تطويريه وايضا تعتبر تغيير جو لاستعادة النشاط بفائده اكثر

فالدورات تقابل بالرفض باقليم الشمال يااستاذ حمد البكر

ولي عودة بموضوع او مشاركه عن الانتدابات والتكاليف التي وكأن البند المخصص لها اسمه المدير الاقليمي فقط

I Have an important point here which is that the EMS employees are not distinct from the employees of regular mail registered mail by any advantage.

In contrary if the EMS officer made any mistake it becomes major and black point for him. But for regular mail officer it is not an problem if he has mistaken or not.

The EMS officer always tied by time and may not have ability to leave before flight time and deportation, as well as his customer reception is unlike regular mail officer, contribution officer or the Registrar mail officer, And There are many, many deference.

We hope that the EMS officers will be distinct from other sections officers that doesn’t require effort, speed, pack, appearance and neatness
And we appeal to Mr. Hamad al-Bakr to distinguish EMS staff from others

Also Express mail staff is much oppressed in the matter of training especially the Northern Territory. Because There dictatorship is being practiced with its arrogance, tyranny , oppression and killing the spirit of spending efforts in the work.
Employees need to attend training courses to be more active and also to change atmosphere and benefit.

We would like to inform you Mr. Hamad Bakr that any training course is being refused.
