Jealous for Wasel service
I'm a good observer for Wasel services, in all conditions for making this service succeed, I noticed that the most important reasons for the failure of this service is a weak leadership in the work fields. Because of less management caring about experience which should benefit from it, in the same time of having experienced employees in distribution section. they can get well trained and handed over to lead the work fields in the regions and provinces. the corporation has good manpower and it does not need to bring any new employees which costs the Foundation a lot and did not give what was excepted from them, which must be considered to save what can be saved and benefit from experienced staff of those who accompanied with postal work for many years who knew about its importance to be at the head of the working groups and this is all what I wanted to explain and all for GOD sake
