أود ّ ان أطرح موضوعـا لعل وعسى هنـالك من ضمير حي يراجع نفسـه وأخص بالذكر من يملكون صلاحيـات وقررات فعاله ومؤثرة
رسالتي الى هـؤلاء ( مدراء المناطق ) أصحاب النفوذ والسلطه الاقليميـه
* ماذا قدمتــم للبريد وللموظفين ؟
* ماهي المعايير التي تبنون عليهـا قراراتكم ؟
* متى تنتهي العنصريه والمحسبويــات في العمل ؟
* هل حققتم شيئا يشفع لكم بالذكر الطيب اتجاه العمل والموظف ؟
* الى متى التخبط الإداري والعشوائيـه في القرارات الإداريه !؟
* هل أنتم مؤهلين لشغل المناصب التي انتم عليها ولديكم المؤهلات التي تساعد في ذلك ؟
الإستنتاج :
الادارات الاخرى تخطو خطوات ملموسه وانتم كما أنتم
دخول المؤثرات الخارجيه والانفراد بإتخاذ القرارات
أنا وأخي على أبن عمي وانا وابن عمي على (البريــد) للأسف وهذا الحاصل وما نشهده الآن .
ما تبقى لكم سوى الدعاء الى الله والاطاحة بكم في القريب العاجل
نقص في الخبره والمؤهل وعدم الإلمام بقوانين وأنظمـة العمل
قليل من يملك شهـادة جامعيه وحتى لو كان قد حصل عليها نجدها متناقضـه في مجال عمله مما تؤثر عليـه سلبيا ً
أخـــيرا ً -
تبقى مؤسسة البريد السعودي حلم يراود كل موظف يسعى جاهدا ً للإنظام تحت مظلته
سوف نقدم ما بوسعنا نحن الجنود المجولين وسوف نكافح مهما انتشر فايروس التخلف والتخبط لدى مدراء المناطق والأرتقاء بمستوى الخدمة البريديه مهما قست علينا تلك الادارات البائدة والتي سوف ترتمي في أحضان النسيان
يبقى عتبي على معالي رئيس المؤسسة حفظه الله
هل يعلم بما يفعلـه هؤلاء .. وأنا والله على يقين لا يخالطه شك بأنه لو يعلم بذلك لما وجدناهم بيننا
أتمنى اني قد وفقت في إيصال معاناتي ومعاناة الكثير من زملائي عبر هذا المنتدى
الرائع الذي اجده متنفساً لي ولإبداء رأيي

I would like to write a topic May or perhaps there is a conscience review his case again specially who has the ability to take effective decisions.
My message to these people (area managers) who has powerful and the regional authority
Q: What did you do to postal corporation and mail staff?
Q: What are the criteria by which you build your decisions?
Q: When the favoritism and racism at work will end?
Q: Have you achieved anything that you intercede for mentioning in work or to the employee?
Q: How long the administrative confusion and indiscriminate in administrative decisions?!
Q: Are you qualified enough to fill the positions that you are in or are you educated enough for it so that may help?
Conclusion:
Other departments take good steps and you are standing in the same place
Entry of external influences and taking unilateral decisions
I and my brother against my cousin and Me and my cousin against the (post) and, unfortunately, this is what happening and what we are witnessing now.
All that we have is pray to God and overthrow of you in the near future
Lack of experience and qualifications and lack of familiarity with the laws and work system
A few of you are university graduates and even if he had obtained the collage certificate you found it contradictory with his work field which affect negatively.
Finally -
Saudi Postal Corporation remains a dream of each employee strives for being under it's umbrella
We will provide what we can, we are the unknown soldiers and we will fight no matter backwardness virus spread and confusion of the area managers and lift the level of postal service no matter how hard are those departments that will be obsolete and Thrown into the arms of oblivion
Remains my Admonition for His Excellency the President of the corporation may God protect him
does he know what they are doing .. and I swear I am sure not beyond a doubt that if he knows they cannot be around
I hope I have managed to bring my suffering and the suffering of many of my colleagues through this Wonderful forum which I find it an outlet to express my opinion
