الترقيات 39-38في شئون الموظفين

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اخواني الاعزاء ماسر وقوف عجلة الترقيات عند هؤلاء المساكين اصحاب المراتب الصغيره 39-38؟؟
وايضا تحسين اوضاع المستخدمين وعلى جميع مراحلهم الدراسيه

هل هو عدم انصاف من المسؤولين في البريد او كما ذكرنا من قبل ان الترقيات ستقف عن اصاحب المراتب الصغيره لان هؤلاء ليس لهم من المحسوبيات شي

كفى كفى كفى ظلمممممممممممممممممممممممممممممم

Dear brothers why did the upgrade wheel stop at these poor owners of small ranks 39-38??
And also improving the conditions of all users and their academic levels

Is it injustice from officials in the mail or, as we have stated before that the promotions would stand for owners of small wages because they do not have high powered means

ابي اقول شي مهم ممكن يكون تسكيت لك ولي وهو تحليلي ممكن يكون تحليل منطقي المتعاقدين يعينون بالدرجه 40 واصحاب 39 بيترقون علي 40 والارقام الشاغره اقل من عدد االموظفين وقفو الترقيات لانهم لايريدون ظلم ا احد هل الفكره وصلت

ليكون في معلوميتك انا من ينتظر الترقيه لل40 وكل تاخيره فيها خيره وبعض الضن اثم

Can I say something important,may be they are trying to shut us up,it is my analyzing which is logical,the contract employees are recruited in he 40th rank and who are on the 39th rank get upgraded on the 40th and the vacant figures are less than number of employees ,they stopped the upgrades because they didn't want to be unfair to anyone, do you get the idea?
You know that I have been waiting for the promotion to the 40th till now

اقول والله اي مسؤول مايرضاها على نفسه او ولده

يبدولي ان هناك وراء هذا الموضوع برادعي موضوع التحسين 0 اسال الله ان ينتقم لنا منه

Brother you see all what's happening in the foundation and yet you aren't skeptical
O brother what is happening now is unfair and high powered means are their standards
for many years poor people have been waiting for the improvements and nothing changed
and the majority had their wages stopped although they have small wages that aren't enough for anything within high prices of these days and the rentals.
finally
I say which official is satisfied with this for himself or his boy
It seems to me that there is someone responsible for this matter of improvement may God take revenge from him

قولوووووووووووو معي الله لا يوفق من كان السبب في تاخير الترقيات للمرتبة 40 لأنه بهذا التأخير حرمنا لحد الآن من الاستفادة من سنه تقريباً فلوا ترقينا مع المراتب 41 أو بعدها تماما لأستفدنا من سنه كاملة تقريباً ولادركنا علاوة المرتبة 40
وبعد هذا كله تقول في كل تأخيره خيره

say with me may God punish whoever was responsible for the delay of promotions to the 40th rank because he denied us till now of using one whole year ,if we were upgraded with the 41st rank or the next ones we would benefit from a whole year and we would take the raise of the 40th rank
and after all this,we say there is good in every delay

زيدوهم دعاء يستاهلون رقو انفسهم واعوانهم وتركونا اصحاب المراتب الضعيفه

Pray more against them as they deserve it,they got promotions for themselves and their followers and they let us the owners of weak salaries

ستة اشهر والوظاءف شاغرة للمرتبة 40 مين يحركة

six month and the vacant jobs for the 40th rank without a motion

بس اقول الله يمهل ولايهمل حتى المماطله في الحقوق له عقاب

yes there are people behind this injustice,may God help you
but I say that God gives them a chance but without negligence,even stalling rights has punishment

ياناصفي و من كان على شاكلتك المسؤلين بالبريد السعودي ظالمين ولا عندهم رغبة في رفع الظلم عن المظلومين فالترقية 38و39 موقفة حتى الامر الاخير 0 فيا اخوان استشرت محام مشهود له بالتطوع للمظلومين و شرحت لة القضية وقال كل من هو مظلوم يتقدم بدعوى ضد المسؤل المخول بالترقية( مدير عام الموارد البشرية)
لانه يملك صلاحيات بالترقيةوكذلك تحسين أ وضاع الجامعيين من عمال ومستخدمين وموظفين أقل من(42) وأنا من ضمنكم نتقدم لخادم الحرمين الشريفين حفظه الله تعالى 0 ومجموعة لديوان المظالم ومجموعة اخرى لحقوق الانسان وسنكسب القضية 0 فلتواصل ارجو التنسيق مع ابو أصيل فهو رجل مشهود له بحب الخير ولا يقبل الظلم لاحد وأنا أعرفه عز المعرفة و بصفته مسؤل الحملة 0و لنالقاء

Those who fear the oppressed
brothers oppressed by Saudi mail

He owns the because he is in charge of promotions and also improving the situations of workers and college graduates less than (42) and I am one of you who will complain to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and one group to the Board of Grievances and another group to human rights and we will win the case 0 please coordination with Abu Asil he is a man known for his love of good and doesnot accept the injustice of one and I know him well and as an official of the campaign and we will meet

ام كما سمعنا انهم سيجعلوهم على 39 - 38 0انه الظلم
